IT Analyst

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented IT Analyst to assess, optimize, and support our IT systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will analyze technical issues, improve system performance, and collaborate with teams to ensure smooth IT operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assess IT systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement
• Work with teams to understand business needs and recommend technology solutions
• Monitor system performance, security, and compliance with IT policies
• Support and maintain enterprise applications, databases, and cloud-based systems
• Document IT procedures, create reports, and provide user training when needed
• Collaborate with vendors and IT teams for software updates and infrastructure enhancements
• Stay updated on the latest IT trends and recommend relevant upgrades
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience as an IT Analyst, Systems Analyst, or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, databases, and security best practices
• Experience with troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus
• Knowledge of SQL, scripting languages (Python, PowerShell), and IT automation is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
